At John Derian, we want you to be delighted with your unique home accents; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Please note that custom furniture, vintage textiles, and apothecary items are considered final sale.

Return Process

    Initiate the Return

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm the eligibility of your items.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials—especially fragile decoupage glass—to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the package back to our New York studio, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods and confirms they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
