How should I care for my decoupage glassware?
Our decoupage pieces are handmade in our New York studio. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in the dishwasher, as moisture can damage the paper backing.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For custom or handmade pieces, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund. Please note that custom orders, furniture, and antique items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, many of our signature items, including our decoupage plates, platters, and paperweights, are handmade by skilled artisans in our New York City studio using 18th and 19th-century imagery.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can monitor its progress to your door.
